This is the second free musical performance in our Music4U! summer concert series with the Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra.

Grab your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the NGSO Trombones at 6pm around the Tina and Dale Knobel Folly on the grounds of the Robbins Hunter Museum. 

This performance: Big Bad Bones!

Featuring the NGSO trombone section under the direction of principal trombonist Doug Moran, this concert will highlight the versatility and power of the brass ensemble.

Doug, an experienced music arranger, has created custom arrangements specifically for this performance. The repertoire will be both educational and entertaining, designed to engage audiences of all ages, while showcasing the depth and talent of the NGSO’s low brass section.
